GREEN ABYSS SO35G100 – dive watch with retro charm

The GREEN ABYSS SO35G100 combines classic dive watch aesthetics with modern technology. As part of the exclusive Blancpain x Swatch collection, this model pays tribute to the legendary Fifty Fathoms – an icon among dive watches.

Case & striking design

The robust case with a diameter of 42.3 mm and a height of 14.4 mm is – like the crown – made entirely of green Bioceramic. The lug-to-lug length of 48.0 mm ensures a balanced fit on the wrist. There is a discreet Swatch lettering on the left side of the case.

Dial with depth

The deep black dial with subtle dark green shading gives the watch a special depth. At 6 o’clock there is an integrated water contact indicator – a functional feature with a clear focus on safety.

Luminosity & legibility

Excellent legibility even in poor light is ensured by the use of Grade A Vintage Super-LumiNova® on the hands, hour markers and the diving scale of the bezel. The softly patinated appearance gives the watch a stylish retro look.

Bezel & crystal

The green unidirectional rotating bezel is also made of Bioceramic and features a deep black resin insert, fitted with Vintage Super-LumiNova® – perfect for precisely monitoring the dive time. The watch crystal is made of bio-sourced material.

Mechanics & exhibition case back

Inside ticks the high-precision automatic SISTEM51 movement, which is fully mechanical and assembled with just one screw. Through the transparent sapphire crystal case back you can see not only the movement – an artistic digital print of the seabed with the colourful sea slug Felimare picta also gives the watch an individual touch.

On the back of the watch you will find five motivating inscriptions:

Strap

The two-piece NATO strap is made from recycled fishing nets. The pin buckle and loops are also made of green Bioceramic and ensure a durable and stylish fastening.
